Time Out for Women

My sister, Cindy, and I were able to attend Deseret Book's Time Out for Women up here in Logan. What a great time we had. The speakers and musical presentations were amazing! I love spending time with my sister. I am so glad we were able to share this experience together. She is such an amazing person and I tell her that I hope to be like her when I actually grow up!

Sweet 16!!!!!

Frank is officially 16!!! I can't believe it. Time goes by so quickly. It seems like yesterday he was building legos and collecting pokeman cards. Now he is driving and dating. Here are some pictures of him growing up. What a cutie! They bring back such fun memories. I am amazed at what a great kid he is. I love him so much!

SURPRISE!

I had to put this picture on my blog. When I went to put the pictures from my camera onto my computer there were a bunch of pictures that Jenna had taken. I didn't even know she had done it. So when I came across this one, it just made me smile.

First Day of School!

It is official. School has begun and fall is around the corner. I have mixed feelings. It is hard to see summer come to a close. It just seemed to go by so fast. And it is a little bit daunting to think about schedules, carpools and getting everyone where they need to be. And once school starts the holidays are here before we know it. I am not ready for all of that. However, I have to admit that after all the kids were out the door I sat down amongst my mess with a smile on my face. Quiet was all I heard. I enjoyed every minute on of it!
Alycia is going to 7th grade.
Rob & Jenna in front of the new Mountainside Elementary here in Mendon.
Rob is in the 4th grade.
Jenna is in the 2nd grade.
Reggie & Frank were just to fast out the door before I could get a "first day of school" picture of them. Teenagers.

Family Fun Triathlon 2

Robinson and our friends Tyler, Brady and Ryan Cheney competed in the triathlon in Logan today. They did great!

Robinson's Lucky Clover

Rob found this four leaf clover while we were watching one of Alycia's softball games in Wellsville. I have never actually seen a real four leaf clover before. This was very cool. Rob was so excited. We didn't actually get it pressed in time to save it. But a picture is the next best thing.

Mendon City Town Celebration

Mendon has its town celebration around the 24th of July. It is filled with lots of fun. There are races in the morning, a parade at noon, the Great Race, Firemen's hose down, children's games, blow up slides, booths with crafts and food, softball games and fireworks.
At the parade.
Bunnies, bunnies, bunnies! Rob and Jenna wanted me to buy them a bunny so bad.
Jenna & Kenzie during the water fun.
Clayton & Rob during the water fun.
Alycia & Breanna during the Great Race. Their part was the Wheel Barrel Race.
Frank during the Great Race. He did the Virginia Reel.
